A successful career is rarely built overnight. It is shaped by the choices professionals make every day, the habits they develop, the values they uphold, and their commitment to continuous growth.

Mohit introduced students to NAM India’s scale and reach before turning to ‘The Leadership Tree’, a framework that illustrates how lasting success grows from strong foundations. He highlighted discipline, patience, and integrity as the roots; consistency as the trunk; and influence and meaningful achievements as the fruits.

For students entering the corporate world, his advice was simple and practical: keep learning, ask questions, take notes, and stay curious. He also encouraged students to focus on their work and steer clear of office politics and gossip, highlighting how consistent effort and professional integrity contribute to long-term credibility.

The interactive session gave students valuable perspectives on leadership, corporate life, and career growth, while reinforcing the importance of taking ownership of their own professional development.
