Prof. Christopher Abraham, Professor and Head of Campus (Dubai) – SP Jain, said, "At SP Jain, we believe, the growing use of technology and automation may spark the much-feared job losses. While automation would take all the jobs it could, machines are very far from emulating core human attributes — a capacity for love, empathy, creativity and critical thinking. These will become the critical skills of the 21st century. Here at SP Jain we strongly believe in innovation and empowerment, and this collaboration will allow us to create greater change together.”

About MESHRM:

Middle East Society for Human Resource Management (MESHRM) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2008 in Dubai, UAE. The association is managed, run and administered by HR professionals – Nationals & Expats alike.

MESHRM’s effort is to bring together all existing HR entities of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region into a single platform. While doing so, all the entities will retain their sole purpose and their method of administration; MESHRM is just building a knowledge bridge across GCC & Africa region to connect all these entities through a collaborative platform. The initiative is powered by AfriGulf HR Consultancy & HR Lehrer entities, Training company approved by KHDA, UAE.

The sole purpose of forming MESHRM HR Society is to design a knowledge sharing, networking and capacity-building association for HR professionals for the growth of Human Capital Profession in the GCC & Africa region. The HR Society headquarter is based in Dubai and has MESHRM Chapters in UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Africa.
