SP Jain School of Global Management is thrilled to announce the launch of the SPJ Angel Network (SPAN) – a one-of-a-kind initiative by the School's alumni based in Singapore. SPAN aims to foster a spirit of angel investing, best practices, deal syndication and growth.

SP Jain School of Global Management hosted a guest session with Dhanushkodi Sivanandhan, Maharashtra’s former Director General of Police and founder of an NGO, on the role of NGOs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The session was organised for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students of the Mumbai cohort on April 6, 2021. It was facilitated by Professor Shrinivas Shikaripurkar (Adjunct Faculty at SP Jain) as part of his subject ‘Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility’.

SP Jain School of Global Management’s alumni based in Singapore came together on campus to interact with the Master of Global Business (MGB) and Global MBA (GMBA) students. They shared their personal experiences and new industry insights to help reduce the students’ anxiety about graduating in a post-COVID business world.

SP Jain School of Global Management’s Executive MBA (EMBA) students from Dubai and the Middle East got an exciting opportunity to meet SP Jain’s EMBA alumni from different cohorts and gain expert insights on entrepreneurship and small businesses. The event was organised online on February 27, 2021, by the SP Jain alumni team and the EMBA team.

Creating maximum value with minimum resources – that’s what frugal innovation is all about. To understand this concept better and discover its applications within the constraints set forth by COVID-19, SP Jain School of Global Management’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students participated in a guest session by Onome Uwhuba. Ms Uwhuba is an MBA student at Stanford University and an alumna of the University of Chicago.

SP Jain School of Global Management’s Bachelor of Data Science (BDS) students from the October 2020 Intake attended a guest session hosted by Anjana Vinod (Positivity Coach and Trainer) on ‘Management Theory on Team Formation’ where they got the opportunity to learn, understand and experience the various stages of team development in a fun and engaging way.
