“AI is expected to eliminate existing jobs while creating new ones, with the short-term impact likely to result in more job losses than gains in India’s services exports sector. To cope with AI driven changes, students are advised to acquire blue-collar skills and prioritize trades over low skilled administrative roles and routine coding,” writes Dr Guha.
