The paper builds on the DDMM, a framework designed to help organisations diagnose business disruption and identify potential strategic or tactical interventions. By examining eight dimensions of disruption, the model provides managers with a structured way to bring together different perspectives, observations and insights when navigating an uncertain business environment.
